Why you shouldn't be angry!

Living with busy, hectic city lifestyle, everyone is under lots of stress. Sometimes it’s hard to control our emotion and easy to become upset or angry. Do you know getting angry can worsen your overall well being?

Anger causes health problems:

  • Damages our heart (increases heart rate and blood pressure)
  • Suppresses our immune system
  • Increases the risk of lung problems
  • Delays wound healing
  • Affects mental well being

Take a deep breath and keep Calm! Don’t stress out yourself. Your body will thank you a lot.
